Please read the Shipping and Refund Policy before purchasing. By checking out, you consist with the Refund and Shipping Policy. 

1.

Your billing and shipping address MUST BE the same when placing your order. If this doesn't match, we will ask you to send more information before processing your order. It's to help prevent FRAUD.

2.

All customized units allow 21 days and weekends and holidays are not included any units that are are for sale are ready to ship AS IS. Allow 3-5 businesses day weekends and holidays not included. if the wig says SOLD OUT on the unit allowed us 21 days to recreate that style again, patients are the key so be patient with PK. 

3.

We do not cut the lace off the braided wig.

4.

Please note that, in general, braids are not lightweight; they slightly heavier than when you braid your natural hair. If you not use to braided wigs or the weight of braids, do not order.

5.

Braids may look more prominent in the picture; they are slightly smaller in real life.

6.

We will send out tracking information via email; please provide a valid email address for all orders.

7.

These are full lace units. ALL  wigs are 100% Human Hair; however, braiding hair is synthetic. The lace color is Medium Brown. we DO NOT customize baby hairs at all; we braid the baby hairs down for you to cut and customize yourself

All Wig's requires a Signature Upon Delivery !
